Knowledge type: declarative, procedural
prerequisite knowledge: The knowledge acquired in the previous levels is sufficient. Nevertheless, it would be advisable to go over one of the beginning sections of the topic in class with the teacher.
learning objectives: To know how coordination and balance in movement is attained through orders the brain sends to the muscles for their movements. To show interest in knowing how movements are made and the possible consequences of imbalances (falls or injuries).
