Procedural: Distinction between emotion and feeling Recognition of emotions Expression of emotions Differentiating between related emotions. Attitude: Assessment of the identification and expression of emotions as a factor which fosters self-knowledge and improves interpersonal communication. Prior knowledge: Not needed.
