General Objectives: Foster self-knowledge and reflection on one's own emotions and feelings. Specific: Distinguish between emotions and feelings Foster the identification and expression of emotions. Foster self-knowledge and understanding of oneself. Recognise the advantages of expressing emotions. Contents – Conceptual Knowledge (declarative): Emotion Feeling diverse emotions: happiness, satisfaction, sadness, melancholy, enthusiasm, desperation, shame, guilt, ire, anger, impatience, serenity, indifference. Procedural: Distinction between emotion and feeling Recognition of emotions Expression of emotions Differentiating between related emotions. Attitude: Assessment of the identification and expression of emotions as a factor which fosters self-knowledge and improves interpersonal communication. Prior knowledge: Not needed. Access the learning guide for the object.
