To find out about and analyse the contribution of Clara Campoamor in achieving votes for women. Specific: To understand the arguments about the granting of votes to women in parliament during the Second Republic. To research and describe the arguments of Clara Campoamor and Victoria Kent about giving women full rights as citizens, identifying the main differences between the positions of the two. To evaluate the message of Clara Campoamor and her argument that women could only learn to be free by being free. To find out about the changes which took place after the Civil War, and the loss of voting rights during the Franco dictatorship.
