Study and knowledge of the human body, in order to keep it healthy, providing the appropriate guidelines to do so.
Knowledge type: declarative, procedural
Learning outcomes: To acquire the notion of the support function that the skeleton plays in the human body. To know the actions that the muscles perform in the joints in order to perform movements. To know the movements of the main joints: the knee, elbow, shoulder, ankle, toes and fingers. To know the functions of the spinal column: support and protection. To know how to produce coordination and balance in movements. To know the main problems associated with accidents in games and sport. To show interest for knowing how movement, coordination and balance are produced in the human body. To be aware of preventive actions that must be taken before performing physical stress in games and sport.
prerequisite knowledge: The knowledge acquired in previous levels is sufficient to participate in the contents of this Sequence, although it would be a good idea to have a prior session on how to perform the activities.
