Study of the spinal column.

Knowledge type: declarative, procedural

Learning outcomes: To understand the nature of the spinal column and its important parts (cervical, dorsal and lumbar sections). To know what a vertebra is like. To know hoe the vertebrae are joined. To describe the main function of the spinal column as a support for the body and to protect other organs. To show interest in knowing about the spinal column, its parts and functions.

Prerequisite knowledge: The knowledge acquired in the previous levels is sufficient. Nevertheless, it would be advisable to go over one of the beginning sections of the topic in class with the teacher.
