Specific: To use the forms for giving and asking for personal information correctly. Conceptual (declarative): - Introducing yourself: Hi! My name is… / I am … years old./ I was born in… / I live in … / My father’s (mother’s) name is … / I have X brothers and sisters / I have a dog/cat/hamster…/ - Asking personal questions: What’s your name? / How old are you? Where were you born? / Where do you live? / … Present simple of the verbs ‘to be’ and ‘to have’ in the affirmative, negative and interrogative forms (full and contracted). Procedural: Completing or writing a letter or e-mail (this could be directed, i.e. by the pupil responding to oral and written questions with the answers being collected in a matrix or array so that a document can be printed at the end of the activity).
