To understand the importance of correct writing. To consider the phenomena that cause confusion. Teaching sequence in which sounds and spelling are related in order to promote correct writing.
Knowledge type: declarative, procedural
prerequisite knowledge: Writing acquisition and knowledge of the general spelling rules and word accentuation.
Learning outcomes: General: To develop individual work habits involving effort and responsibility when studying, as well as attitudes such as self-confidence, personal initiative, curiosity and interest. To know and use the Spanish language correctly. Initiation in the use of information and communication technologies for learning purposes, developing a critical spirit towards the messages they receive and create. Specific: To associate sound with spelling. To know and apply the main spelling and accentuation rules. To recognise word types according to the accented syllable. To identify closed syllables. To identify consonant groups and word endings with which mistakes are often made. To improve one's overall spelling level. To know and apply the main spelling and accentuation rules. To strengthen mastery of correct writing. To locate and correct spelling errors in both one's own writing and in that of others. To produce correctly spelled texts that make it possible to produce correct utterances. To identify spelling errors and understand their importance in written language. To appreciate the importance of correct writing and written language as a means of transmitting information. To reflect upon the importance and the value of one's own language.
