The following visual studies the transformation of energy: the potential energy of a body can be transformed into kinetic energy in another. Some energies are transformed into others of a different type.

Orientación didáctica:

PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE:Concept of kinetic energy and potential energy.

TEACHING OBJECTIVES : To understand the concept of mechanical energy and how it is calculated. Quantify and check the mechanical energy conservation in simple situations where there is no friction.

METHODOLOGY : Conceptual and procedural in a virtual environment.
