The educational resource shows a visual about the eclipses: eclipses of the sun and moon are caused by the moon crossing between the sun and the earth (solar eclipse) or by the earth crossing between the sun and the moon (lunar eclipse).

METHODOLOGY : Conceptual and procedural in a virtual environment.

TEACHING OBJECTIVES : To know how an eclipse happens. To describe the solar eclipse and the lunar eclipse.

PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE:To know the different heavenly bodies that you can find in the Universe.To know the relative movements of a heavenly body around others.
