MAIN TASK: To create a decalogue about healthy living habits. Among these habits, students will need to take into account those related to diet, sport and stress. They will distinguish between beneficial and harmful habits, and propose activities to improve quality of life. They will have to take into account the aim of the decalogue: to encourage appropriate living habits among young people. They will embody the Decalogue in a digital poster using different resources: photos, audios, videos and texts. They will defend their work in front of the class and post the most successful poster on the Class Blog. OBJECTIVE: There are an increasing number of illnesses associated with sedentary behaviour as a result of the predominant lifestyle in our society. Stress, an imbalanced diet and the fact that we spend many hours sitting down, etc., put our health at risk. The aim of this sequence is to raise awareness among students about this problem and encourage them to develop healthier habits.
