This is the story of how Allan Hartel and his friend Percy "Little" McConnell decided to form a Camera Club after Allan purchased a camera for himself. Allan is dubbed Captain Kodak and and is made president of the club. The book describes how they learned to operate the camera and of how they created a dark room and developed the negatives. It also tells of all the different kinds of pictures they took, and the adventures they had.
It is an ebook from The International Children's Digital Library, a project of the ICDL Foundation in collaboration with the University of Maryland's Human-Computer Interaction Lab.
