Study of the muscles.
Knowledge type: declarative, procedural
Prerequisite knowledge: The knowledge acquired in the previous levels is sufficient. Nevertheless, it would be advisable to go over one of the beginning sections of the topic in class with the teacher.
Learning objectives: To learn what the muscles are, to know their different classes, to acquire the concept of coordination of movement among the muscles and bones. To show interest for knowledge and the risks that the muscles are subjected to during inappropriate exercises.
